Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Simply Tracker app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MILES DANDEY LTD (collectively, the “Application”). MILES DANDEY LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information & use
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity; it is not retained or used for tracking.
Location data
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
Simply Tracker is designed around local use. Tool records, usage counters, custom parameters, maintenance settings and preferences remain on the device unless you remove them. The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side copy of this locally stored app data.
Data Deletion
You can remove locally stored app data by deleting entries inside the Application where available, clearing the Application's storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing bronwen.ashby.aae@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security & breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any data it holds. If a breach involves information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by law.
Changes, consent & previous versions
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will publish material changes with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested by contacting bronwen.ashby.aae@gmail.com. If processing of voluntarily provided information is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
